I visited my boyfriend at work today and he treated me a Beef Patty.
It was very doughy and not much filling in it.
So I wanted to challenge this recipe and make it at home.
After I did some research and watched a few Youtube videos.
I see a lot of food coloring and flavoring used.
I come up with a modified recipe and turn out awesome.
Feel free to share with your friends and families.

This is my second time making cake pops.
I did my research before I start making them.
Turn out great!
Here is a few things to pay attention on:
1- Portion of the cake pop has to be right, not too big, not too small
2- Dip the stick with a bit of chocolate before insert to the cake pop
3- Chocolate cannot be over heat
4- Adding a little of shortening to reduce the thicken chocolate
5- Work with 6-8 cake pops at a time while dipping process and leave the rest in the fridge
6- Leave cake pops in room temperature to let dry
7- Give them away to friends and family!
Cake pops order is available.
