Becky and I spent all day making 7 boxes of Bento!
This one is supposed to serve hot,
because we care! we have add a little instruction on the box,
telling our friends how long it should be reheat in the mircrove!
In this bento, we have egg fried rice as a base, meat ball skwers as main,
spicy dry tofu, potato cubes and soy quail eggs for sides

How to?
1- Egg fried rice
simply just 1 cup steam rice, 1 egg, chopped green onion, salt
first, heat up your pan with 1 tsp of oil,
on a med heat, beat the egg and drop it in the pan, allow the egg cover the pan evenly
then add the rice, stir
continue adding the rest of the ingredients and season the rice with salt

2- Soy quail eggs
you can also just make this dish with regular eggs,
we decided to use quail eggs because they are smaller in size
and easier to pack in a lunch box.
first of all, you need to boil the eggs in cold water, slowly bring the heat into a boil, cook for about 12-15min,
after, peel them in cold water
prepare a small sauce pan, add 1 Tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of sugar, a pinch of all spice and 1/2 cup of water,
bring it to a boil, add all the eggs,
on a low heat with lid on, cook for 30min-45min
turn off the heat and let the eggs sit in the sauce for another 15min
when the color gets on the egg it means they are ready

3- Slow cook meat balls skwer and potatos (in a fast way)
this dish is a little more complicated
lb of ground pork, add 1 egg, 1 Tsp of corn starch, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch of white pepper, pinch of all spice, 1 tsp of chopped fresh ginger,
mix all the ingridents and roll them into 1" small balls, deep fry them
let the meat ball cool on a paper towel
next you need to peel your potato and cut them into small cubes,
lightly fry them in oil
in a small sauce pan, add 1 cup cold water, 2 coves of garlic, 1 tsp sugar, 1 Tsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of soysauce and 1/2 tsp of corn starch,
bring the sauce into a boil add all the meat balls and potato, cook on low heat 3 min,
stir them every minute, turn off the heat and cover up with the lid for another 2min

4- Spicy dry tofu
find tough dry five spice tofu in your super market,
cut about 2 squares of them and 1 stalk of celery into strips
in a pan, add 1 tsp of oil, 1 cove of minced garlic,
when the pan is super hot, add the tofu and celery, stir until they r all coat with oil,
add 1 tsp of say sauce, 1 tsp of hot chili paste and a pinch of chicken powder,
stir and cook for 2 min
