Don't you love Chinese Dimsum?
Here is a easy recipe for you

Ingredients:
Uncooked Glutinous/ Sticky rice 2 cups
Lotus Leaf 6
Chicken Breast 1
Shittake
Mushroom 6
Vegetable oil 2tsp
All spice 1 pinch
Salt 1tsp
Soya Sauce 1tsp
Oyster Sauce 1Tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Water 2cups

1- Soak the rice in cold water for at least 30min, drain after and add salt
2- Wash the lotus leaves carefully and cut them in quarters
3- Dice chicken breast and mushroom, add oil, soya sauce, oyster sauce, all spice and sugar, let them get to know each others for 15min
4- Heat up a pan and stir fry the chicken and mushroom for 3min
5- Place a leaf on a flat surface, add 2Tsp rice, top with a Tsp of chicken mushroom filling, add another Tsp of rice and wrap it into a square
(Basically what you need to do is fold the bottom end half way up, then fold two sides toward the middle, and fold the upper side to meet the centre, turn the opening side down so it will not move while cooking)
6- Place all the pockets tightly in the rice cooker, add 2 cups of water and it will do its work =)
