Sushi Onigiri!!
Its great for lunch or cocktail party.
I used Kitty shaped sushi molds for my sushi onigiri, they might be hard to find in your local grocery store. Small containers and cookie cutters could also work. Just press your sushi ball into the mold gentally and there you will have it!

Ingredients:
(A)Sushi Rice Base
Uncooked Japanese Rice 2 cups
Water 3 cups
Sushi Vinegar 4Tsp
Sugar 1Tsp

(B)Filling
Canned Salmon 1
Sesame seed 1tsp
Vegetable oil 1tsp
Japanese seasoning mix for rice

1- Cook the rice with water in rice cooker.
2- Remove the rice from rice cooker and let it cool for 10min, stir gentally every 2min
3- Combine sugar with vinegar, mix into the rice
4- Pan fry the salmon with vegetable oil, until it dry, add sesame seed and turn off the heat
5- Take a handful of rice, stuff about 2 tsp of salmon in each one, make it into a ball
6- Roll it on the seasoning

Tips: Here is what you need for your own rice seasoing mix
1egg + a pinch of sugar, pan fry into thin pancakes, chopped
1tsp sesame seed
1 sheet of sushi roll seaweed, chopped
a pinch of salt
