Short Time Placemats

This project was inspired by the show "Decor It Yourself" from Threadbanger.com

But instead of a 2 layer placemats,
I did just one single layer,
It only takes about 5min to make one
Yes the upper picture is a raw cut,
So how to make a placemats?

1-Cut your favour shape, what I did, was first make a rectangle and use my masking tape round shape to draw each corner
2-The fold about 1/2" twice at the wrong side of the fabric, and sew a straight line for all 4 sides, leaving the corner open (its easier to fold the corners at last)
3-Fold the corners and sew
